• Refunds & Returns:

• As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), buyers have the right to return the painting within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned undamaged and in its original condition.

• The buyer must cover the return shipping costs.

• A refund is issued only after the painting has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged.

• If the painting arrives damaged due to improper return packaging, the refund may be reduced or denied.

• Damaged Upon Arrival:

• If the painting arrives damaged from shipping, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours with photographic proof.
